It was great ! Service was very good, the person that took our order was Britney. Very nice and friendly.
I thought this was supposed to be fast food. The crew is soooooo slow and doesn't get in a hurry about anything. You have to ask them to take your order and then they take their time doing that. If you get your food within 10 minutes of ordering consider yourself lucky. I can say the food was fresh and hot.
Best customer service!He was really polite when taking our order and even gave a discount for them not having vanilla frostys at the time.

Drive thru was sooo slow. I bet we were in line 25 min before we even got to the window
By far the dirtiest store in Paragould. They were understaffed and the wait was over 10min to get food. There were dead flies in the windows and every table had dried food on them. The highchairs had caked on food and were just filthy over all. All of these things could be eliminated by good management. We live in Paragould and we will not be back until these problems are fixed.
