Service was very slow. I ordered online at 4:45, and it said it would be ready in 26 min. I arrived at 5:23 and stood at the to go counter until 5:36 before being acknowledged and told my order wasn't ready.
WORST Chili's experience EVER & even after making the visiting Regional Mgr aware, nothing was discounted or made right & we were sent on our way with child-sized to-go cups. NONE of us will be eating there again!
Call in order to go. They said 15 min. I got there 17 min and stood by register for ALMOST 10 min before anyone ask to help. Service is awful and burger was cooled off already.
Great place to eat food is always delicious. I've always had good service with the wait staff. Prices are also good. Its just a good place to come with family relax and watch a ball game.
Food was great and service was quick and friendly. When the waitress was told we were trying to meet a deadline for a movie she was very attentive and made sure the food was timely.
