Very clean and well kept. Didn't see any issues. Pool was way to cold for my son (3) to even swim in though, which was disappointing. Pool room was clean and warm.
Don't go by the web pictures.
The rooms in Paragould, Ar are nice and decent size they were very clean. They have a gym its small but if you need it.. it's there. Alao, wonderful service they are super nice. They have an amazing Mexican restaurant there called El Acapulco. Wonderful food and service.
Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Big plus that they are pet friendly. Breakfast bar was great. They make omelets to order. Would highly recommend to others
We called the hotel direct to make our reservations and was quoted $59.95 each for 3 King size rooms. Once we checked in and went to our rooms we had been put in double rooms nothing was mentioned to us at check about the change in rooms. When we checked out I was told there was an issue with our charges but they were aware of it and it was being corrected. I was charged $66.59 for the first room and $83.26 for the other two rooms. The correction was not made to my card and I have called the hotel numerous times to speak with a manager to get it corrected and there is never one there nor have they returned my phone calls. We did not get the rooms we had reserved and was over charged on the rooms we did get. We have stayed in far nicer rooms than these for considerable less. Not worth the price. Very dissatisfied.
We stayed here last night. The only good thing about it was breakfast. No one even ask us about our stay when I checked out. This is a $30.00 room not a $75.00 room. Sucked from the very beginning. They were painting the entrance door and the key slot was covered up. The room was dark and dreary. 40 watt light bulb in the bath area. Dirty sink with a rusty paper clip behind the faucet. Web site says HDTVs which they did not have. Window to the room was open and unlocked. Just a nasty, dirty and dated place except the front lobby. Lady fixing breakfast was very nice.
