It's the worst company I ever work with! I ordered flowers, but they didn't delivery to me. I tried to solve it with customer service and they absolutely didn't work! In the end they took my money and I didn't get flowers! I paid for nothing!
I have been on the phone for hours. The supervisor I got could only promise me a 75% refund for flowers I ordered for mothers day, that were never delivered on the designated day. The base phone answering people were rude as hell, and last time I got transferred was just to confirm that I am getting an actual refund. I was cut off by a rude girl and then met with some generic voicemail after 10 minutes hold time. Completely fed up all of this for just 3/4 of my money back... still on hold as I type this. Ten minutes after getting their voicemail.
