Thank you to the owners and staff at Ballard's Flowers. As always, you all did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! It is always difficult to deal with loved ones that become ill and then pass away, then you must take care of all the funeral arrangements and the small details that incurs. When it came to who to choose to do the flowers, that was never a question. I walked into the shop, told them what I was looking for, they walked over and picked up a book and said "Is this what you had in mind?" it was exactly what i wanted. I told her how much and the colors, and was out in under 5 minutes. I left knowing what was going to be delivered, and when they casket spray was delivered and the family and guest saw them, I kind of laughed to myself, everyone continued to comment how fantastic the flowers were. Everyone kept asking who did the flowers? We were very proud to let everyone know, it was Ballard's. Great Job!!
Ordered our wedding bouquet from them only to be horribly disappointed with the service and product. Our bouquet was nothing like we ordered. They ignored our instructions on how we wanted our arrangement to be done. Not to mention we were charged over 150 dollars for something I'd never payed $20 for. And instead of giving the order to someone at the venue they dropped it on a table inside the doors and left. And when I confronted them about it the person I talked to just blamed her coworkers. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to do business with.
Charged my credit card and made me pay cash because they said my card was declined. When I left there I called my bank and they told me that those funds were taken out of my account already and Ballards is still claiming they don't have the funds. ..so they are lying and charged me twice!! So I am having to get my bank to dispute the charges..which takes 3 to 5 business days to do so. Urgh!!!!
I ordered a Valentine's arrangement, and I couldn't have been happier with the Designer's choices. The arrangement was more than what I was expecting for the price. I requested a masculine arrangement with no pinks, and the color scheme was perfect. The flowers were huge and gorgeous. Exceedingly happy with this purchase, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique arrangement. Five Stars.
