The absolute best place to see a doctor!!! Love them and have for years now!!! NEA is the BEST!!!
Refused to see me with severe chest pains. It was a Saturday female doctor. Not the weekday doctor's. Now a huge battle will begin to get her license pulled. They treat veterans like the VA does- cruel service!! APRN lowered my potassium when I asked her not to cause it depletes. Going on 5-6 weeks now since she did that, that it hasn't been able to get back to normal.
If I could give negative stars I would. People who answer the phones are complete bitches and needs some attitude adjustments bad.
Our son was wheezing on Saturday night and was still wheezing on Sunday morning. His regular doctor was away, so we were walk-ins at the Paragould NEA Baptist Clinic. The wait was less than 3 minutes - I didn't even have time to fill out the comparably short information sheet, The staff, every single one of them, were professional, friendly, and concerned that our visit went well. The results were good, and we were in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. Nothing but stars for this team.
I paid what they charged me. A few weeks later I get a bill for additional charges. I went to the clinic and showed them my reciept. They said the charges would be removed. I kept getting more bills in the mail. So I called and they said they never told me that it would be removed and that I was informed of the additional charges during my visit. If I knew there were more charges I would have paid them while I was there. The secretarys lied. The Doctor lied. Every time I called I got another story. Finally I just paid the stupid bill so it didn't go on my credit.
