My husband has been going to Dr. Cagle for about a year now, and nearly every single visit he has to sit in the waiting room sometimes for 5 hours, and this is no exaggeration. The waiting room has been packed so full people line up outside the door as well. Today, probably, is the last time my husband will have gone to the clinic and he didn't even see the doctor. He got off work, 3rd shift at Peco, went home to eat and shower and immediately had to leave for his appointment which was at 10:45 am today, the clinic is roughly a 50 minute drive from our house. He sat waiting for more than 2 hours and had told the receptionist he has to get seen and get home so that he could get some sleep before going back to his shift tonight, and nothing was done for him, then a lady came in moments later saying she has a dental appointment and needs to get done quick and they took her back just minutes later, so my husband got mad and left. He is very angry and disappointed with the overall quality of healthcare he has received from this practice as well as in regards to the ridiculous waiting times. He has often complained that the staff there is discourteous and even rude.
