I am from Ohio and was visiting my son's family to help with newborn baby. Was here for month of August and needed my roots covered & a trim. Found Hair Factor online and called to make an appt with whoever could help me out. I had my color #s with me from my regular beautician and gave it to Tabatha. She did an awesome job and I love how she trimmed it. Price was same as I pay in Ohio. Would definitely recommend this salon!!
I have been to The Hair Factor for some time now and Tonya and the rest of her hair stylist are awesome. They do an awesome job and are very afforable. I would recommend them to anyone that does not have a regular stylist. You will love them.
Took both of my daughters there and both have horrible cuts now. Nothing about it is even. Another lady had to redo one of my daughters hair and it's simply a mess. We left so livid and about to cry. Unacceptable! No refunds, no I'm sorry, just horrible looks from the ladies once I mentioned how uneven it was.
