I came here to get a haircut from a person that was supposed to be a certified professional and from what I was able to understand through her very thick accent and miniscule English vocabulary she had some experience cutting and styling hair. She missed enough hair behind one ear I could made a lock of hair from what was collected when I fixed it. On the back she trimmed side and missed the other half. It was a whole inch longer. I was afraid to let her fix it because she would have messed it up worse. After she almost sculpted a Mohawk out of my hair.
I went in for a usual men's haircut. Just #2 clippers on my sides and scissors ontop. Apparently one of the employee girls was crying or something and a nail stylist told her to cut my hair which made it feel extremely awkward and uncomfortable. She must have been new to cutting because I received one of the if not worst haircuts in my life. It was uneven and my hair looked sloppy and jagged when its supposed to be a professional combed-back. The only reason I even paid was because I felt bad for the girl crying and I didn't want to start drama with management. I left and went to the hair salon in friggin' WALMART to get it fixed. They did what they could after such a horrible screw-up. I used to be a regular. Now I've vowed never to go back.
This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! My mom also works here and does hair for the salon, she has been with Royal Nails and Hair since they opened many, many years ago and she is amazing! The salon is always clean and everyone there is very nice.

If I had painted my nails that sloppy at home I would have started over. Find anywhere else to go!
