They don't care if you have an emergency so don't waste your time calling.

I have used this clinic for many years and had always had great respect for the vet that I usually used for all my animals care. This changed recently when I was told that he was too busy to talk with me about my chronically ill cat that he was presently treating after he had been off the prior week. I was even told that he was too busy to see my cat that week and that I could see someone else in the clinic. I was finally given an appointment four days away. I had highly recommended this clinic over the years to family and friends and several are using this clinic based on my recommendation. But based on the recent events, along with the rudeness I was subjected to, I have decided to no longer use this clinic to care for my animals. My cat's care is very important to me, and when the treating vet is too busy to help me, then it is time to use another clinic, I will no longer recommend this clinic to anyone.
