I brought my 10 month old Toy Poodle in for a hair cut. Her hair was rather long and starting to get matted. It was supposed to be $40 to groom and an additional $7 to dematt her. This price is for 15 minutes of dematting. The lady said she was sure it wouldn't take that long. After this, she told me that my dog is not a toy poodle but a miniature poodle. She weighs 6 pounds. I have papers proving she is a toy, but she says other wise. So, I got charged an extra $5 because she "is a miniature poodle." When I came to pick her up, I was charged $14 instead of $7 for dematting her. I know it didn't take that long as she was not that matted. Also, after I payed the $64 instead of the listed $47, the groomer told me they changed her in the system back to a Toy poodle because they realized how little she was. However, they still charged me for a miniature poodle. I am semi-pleased with how her haircut turned out, but not happy at all with the service. I will definetely not be taking my fur baby back to PetSmart for a haircut.
Kinda small for a pet care center. I think you will find about as much or more in Orcheilins or WalMart Supercenter. You are of vourse allowed to shop with your pet here,but not all customers can keep their slobbery doggies on a short enough least ,lol. Ive had my children knocked down a couple of times but not harmed in any way, just overly friendly dogs. There are several food choices that are ok but Id have to say that you will find the same stuff a lot cheaper elsewhere.
