Marcos is not only an excellent place eat with more than fair prices. It has friendly service.
I started this review off as one of the lowest reviews that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I work for customer service myself as a career. I called this location, simply wanting a pizza after a long long day of traveling for my job. The initial caller took my order, promising me 20–25 minutes to expedited delivery. After several times of him trying to get my order correct, even messing my credit card up after me repeating it to him several times, changed my delivery time to get my pizza, to 35–40 minutes. I was very upset! I'm hungry and all I want is a simple meal, from being on the road. The manager at the location was condescending to me as well. After finding out about the experience I received a personal phone call from Brandon W. the owner, that touched me. He was very sincere on making sure that I was taken care of. He refunded my money, which was not necessary. I was just upset at how I was handled by the staff at the store. People make mistakes. I do it myself, sometimes. Brandon sincerely made it right. Kudos to you , Brandon! The pizza was great! I will be back again. Thank you for making it right.
