I am very happy with this County Health Department. They have taken great care of me, my two daughters & my grandchildren. They are always very patient, thorough and helpful in many circumstances. If I could just give them one corner on this I would. They NEVER answer the phone and are always rude. The state really should do something about this facility. You have to physically go to the office to even check what time you made an appointment because they refuse to answer the phone. Very poor staff is the only reason I could think that they wouldn't answer the phone when someone calls.
You have to call repeatedly to get any type of help. The lady that helped me was very very rude also when I got there.
