Most disrespectful group of people I have ever come in contact with. They call you an outright liar, ball his fist like a teenager ( kenny ford himself) and can not get anything correct. I understand mistakes are made but don't blame me and say I lie for your inability to comprehend english.
if i was you i wouldnt do business at state farm to start with. they offer you low ball claims on your car to make profits from your losses usually amounting to 3/4's of the fair market value for your car and expect you to fight for more. even full coverage insurance is like this. then if you have to get insurance with state farm use virginia walls. im not a fan of max garnett or kenny ford. despite doing business with kennys office for over a decade i get called big boy and whatot. very disrespectful.
