Customer Service was great. Helped us alot. We found what I was looking for a refrigerator. My grandsons when out. Set-up for a delivery to his home. Had a very good experience with all employees at my Lowe's store.
Worst personnel ever. Had some issues with the credit card, the manager woman (seemed so) came and could not fix it. Would not even say sorry or look at me, just said "it won't work" and walk way, even though I thanked her.
No one can tell you where anything is. I asked for a fire pit cover. After asking 2 people we were told that if they had any at all they'd be on ile 23/24... Which is patio furniture. Later we found them ourselves 5 iles over from that. When we walked up to the register the employee and manager were talking and continued their conversation while we were attempting to check out. Also, couldn't provide a gift receipt. All around poor customer service.
Loosely managed since Dan left and the person in paint named Shirley has a poor attitude and cares nothing of customer satisfaction it's still a Lowe's so if you stick to your guns its still a fine place to shop with other wonderful employees
Man named Kirt in lumber department was the most helpful person there.
