This place is amazing!!! The whole experience was wonderful. Kathy was my sales associate, she has the best personality and is very easy to work with. She went above and beyond to find everything I wanted. I had a vision and she made it a reality. If only other businesses had a "Kathy," every shopping experience would be full of joy. Jesse at FFO was incredibly friendly and helpful! We got a fantastic deal on a couch and love seat thanks to their sale going on. I've never felt more appreciated on any retail experience ever. I will not shop for furniture anywhere else.
Amazing service from Zach (my sister told me to ask for him because she was so impressed) Truly blown away quality products and unbelievably great prices. My husband and I were very pleased with FFO. The service was exceptional. Jesse the assistant manager was patient, informative, and helpful. We ended up buying several more items than we had first planned. It was well below freezing outside. Jesse and another employee quickly loaded us up without complaint. We will most definitely be back in the future.
