I went to AutoZone to get a new bulb for the passenger side of my car because it had went out. When they went to change it out for me it still didn't work. The employee that was helping me, can't remember his name, said that I may need a new connector. So I traveled all over town for a product that no had and then went online to order it myself. I then went out to my car to make sure the connector would work for it. That's when I noticed it. The idiot was changing my high-beam bulb instead of the low-beam that was out. I then began to mess with the proper bulb and turns out it was just knocked loose. If the employee had got to the right bulb, I would have found that out before wasting my money. I am extremely disheartened by the competence of the employees at AutoZone. And it is too late to get a refund on the part due to the fact that the employee already threw away the package after changing the bulb.
Best parts place in town their people have general car knowledge at least
