Polite individuals but I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They refused to give me the car fact on the vehicle and told me it had never been wrecked band only has cosmetic damage to the rear driver door. Get it home to our family mechanic and find out the vehicle has been wrecked due to the framework being damaged and there are several other issues that need to be fixed but aren't worth it due to me already putting in more money than what I paid for it. Just a bunch of cons that work here. Never buy from them or you will get screwed over.

Horrible, they dont keep up with paper work where you paid up, and they just repo your vehicles on a whim, do not ever buy from them! You make payments honestly, and they come repo your car, cause of bad business sense, they wont keep up update there records on time by time they get to it ,your car gone, and you have to go there and pick your car up in middle of workday, just to go thru all that over bad business. No no no. Its not worth their problems becomes yours. They come get your car then charge an $250 tow charge, crooks!, every time a payment is made they should have it on file and balance and next due date, duh common sense.. but they just hope you lose your receipt or just dont have it they will snatch your car in matter of less than week, if you have paid it, and dont have receipt showed you just made the payment less than week earlier, they don't have no conscious or heart about it only see $$$$ signs! Im serious I've seen this happen with my family and friends, i got lucky and learned from them before they rob me blind. I know a good couple,pay their bills and work and work, good people too, they couldn't find the receipt they had, the company had problems with their books, got behind cause a person went in hospital, but they made their problems becomes yours, they honestly made their payment, by time it was over, they made original payment, they come towed it on their mistakes, charged this couple $250 for tow bill, plus they had to make another car payment, cause they dont have it on record, how many people gets this scam? Another person bought a vehicle from them the first week whole front end came out under front of it, lucky wasnt killed, but they would not stand behind their vehicle and wouldn't fix it, first week of having it he paid close but under $900 for front end he had to fix it, had to have way to work, they also took a nice truck for trade in an avalanche, plus alot of $ to pay besides, so he trusted these people, now he wont be able to trust the businesses of car dealers, gave truck plus alot of payments alot, and they wouldn't even fix or offer anything when it tore up, Arkansas can get by with it, no lemon law. Basically you end up walking to work one way or other! They either repo your car or sell you a lemon!! This is alot to read i know but dont let their payment plans get in way of being trustworthy with them ,they hook you with all the wow easy payment plans or whatever gimmick to reel you in, after you buy it your on your own, end up broken down with no other way to get to work, this place preys on the blue collar workers..
We went into the deal KNOWING basic mechanics. We knew it was missing an interior light. We realized quickly that this 09 was not a brand new car. We saw that the previous owner had put his initials on the trunk. We did not finance the vehicle, so I can't speak to the not keeping up with the paperwork. We drove it, pulled over, and looked for signs of damage. When we left we knew it needed tires badly. So bad that we haven't driven it anywhere yet. My advice is if you don't know how a car should feel, what every shimmy or rattle is, then take your mechanic with you. If you can't, then don't bash someone because of YOUR poor judgement.
